FAQs

Can Pilot charge eight devices at the same time?

Yes. Pilot provides four built-in retractable cables and four additional charging ports, allowing up to eight devices to be connected at once. Charging power is shared across active devices.

Which cable version should I choose?

Choose the 4× USB-C version for a USB-C-first setup. Choose the 3× USB-C + 1× Lightning version if you still use an iPhone, AirPods, or another device with a Lightning connector.

Do all ports support 140W charging?

No. Up to 140W output is available through designated USB-C ports when used with a compatible device and cable. Other ports and built-in cables have different maximum outputs.

What does the display show?

The full-color display shows real-time charging information, including total output and individual port data such as power, voltage, and current.

Does the screen show my device’s battery percentage?

No. The display monitors charging output from the station; it does not read the battery percentage shown on your device.

Can I turn off the display?

No. The display cannot be turned off manually. The button is used to switch display content, and the screen will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.

Can I use Pilot internationally?

Pilot supports 100–240V input. Select the appropriate US, EU, UK, or AU plug version for the region where it will be used.
