Yes. Nexus Max is designed for multi-device charging. Its total output is shared between connected devices, so charging speed may vary depending on the number and type of devices connected.
Does it support both Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch?
The dedicated watch charging dock supports compatible Apple Watch and selected Galaxy Watch models. Please check the compatibility list before ordering.
Can it charge wireless earbuds?
Place compatible wireless charging earbuds on the designated charging area.
Please note: Only for Apple AirPods.
Why is the retractable cable only 2 ft (0.6 m) long?
The built-in cable is designed for compact desktop use. For longer reach, we recommend using a 3 ft (1 m), 5 ft (1.5 m), or 6.6 ft (2 m) charging cable with the USB-C2 or USB-A ports.
How do I retract the USB-C cables?
Gently pull the cable to the required length. To retract it, pull slightly again to release the locking mechanism and guide the cable back into the station.
Does AirCool run continuously?
Yes, but this electric fan system only operates when the phone is wirelessly charging.
Is it normal for the charger to get warm during use?
Yes. Heat is generated as the charger converts AC to DC power, especially during fast charging. This is normal and safe.
How is the 100W output distributed?
Power is dynamically distributed based on the connected devices and charging ports in use. Please refer to the power allocation chart for detailed output combinations.
Which phones support Qi2 25W charging?
Qi2 charging performance depends on the phone model, operating system, case, temperature, and device charging limits. For best results, use a Qi2-compatible phone or a compatible magnetic case.
Can I charge through a phone case?
For the best magnetic alignment and charging performance, use a Qi2- or MagSafe-compatible case. Thick, metal, wallet-style, or non-magnetic cases may reduce charging performance.
